Meet THE TEAM

Tim Webber is a Product Designer with over six years of experience solving complex business challenges through empathy-driven problem solving and modern design strategy. As a full-stack Product Designer, he excels at implementing holistic, human-centered design processes, from crafting user research sessions and completing product audits to creating high-fidelity interactive prototypes that can be tested and iteratively improved with both stakeholders and users.

Most recently, Tim designed for Enterprise Product Experiences at Chewy, and served over 3,000 users across multiple sectors, including Customer Service, Pharmacy, Product Merchandise and more. In this role, he leveraged his start-up experience to overhaul antiquated internal systems and construct next-generation platforms that allow internal users to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences to millions of pet parents around the country.

Prior to Chewy, Tim was an early member of the Product Design team at Tamr, a human-guided machine learning data cleanup and preparation platform that provides accurate, up-to-date, mastered data to deliver impactful business outcomes for Fortune 500 companies. In this role, he designed nominal experiences for data curation, categorization, and mastering at scale while working directly with his clients to craft a simple and guided product experience to solve complex organizational data problems.

Tim graduated from Northeastern University with a dual degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Psychology. He discovered his passion for Product Design early in his career after completing two UX/UI Design co-ops during undergrad—the first at Ahold USA, a large food retail group, and the second at Veson Nautical, a commercial maritime freight management platform.
